Shaping the
future of mobility
in Los Angeles
The City of Los Angeles is developing its first Mobility Action Plan, which will guide how LA invests in streets, sidewalks, transit, biking and walking for the next 5-20 years.
Making every street safer for everyone
Connecting neighborhoods across LA
Affordable, sustainable ways to get around
LADOT and community partners recently completed the first major round of community engagement for the MAP. More than 3,000 Angelenos shared their transportation priorities, the barriers they face, and the trips that are hardest to make.
This project update shares what we heard and explains how community input is helping shape future project types, prioritization, program and policy recommendations, and the MAP’s connection to the Citywide Capital Infrastructure Program.
